The President’s duties shall be:
(1) To prepare the agenda and preside at all meetings.
(2) To appoint standing and special committees.
William John Moody (B.J.)
The Vice-President’s duties shall be: (1) To assist the President as requested. (2) To provide a program for each meeting.
Michael Curtis Reeves
- The Secretary/Treasurer’s duties shall be:
(1) To collect all monies and keep a record of the same.
(2) To record and file the minutes of all meetings. (3) To perform other secretarial duties as directed by the President of the Association.
(4) To file a list of new Association Officers with the Grand Secretary no later than August 15th each year.
